SP POLANCO
Pedro “SP” Polanco is a seasoned music industry professional with over two decades of experience as a top-tier producer, composer, and executive. Having received four Latin Grammy nominations and an ASCAP award, sP has collaborated with high-profile artists such as Natti Natasha, Prince Royce, Sech, Dalex, Akon, and Leslie Grace. As the former Director of Artist Relations & Strategy at Warner Music Latina, he spearheaded innovative marketing, A&R, and artist development strategies. Currently, sP is dedicated to his ventures with SP Music and BCHTA RISING, aiming to elevate modern bachata and support independent artists through comprehensive music production and business strategies. His expertise and passion for nurturing talent make him a pivotal figure in the Latin music scene.
SERONA ELTON (THE MLC)
Serona Elton serves as Head of Educational Partnerships for The Mechanical Licensing Collective (The MLC). In this role, Elton directs The MLC’s efforts to engage future members of the music industry currently studying music business and related subjects at colleges and universities across the country and around the world.
With extensive experience as a music industry professional and educator, Elton is also a professor and Chair/Director of the Music Industry Program at the University of Miami Frost School of Music. In 2023, she was named Music Business Educator of the Year by the Music Business Association. She is also a Yamaha Master Educator.
Elton has worked for or with many top music companies including Warner Music Group, Sony Music Entertainment, and Universal Music Group, as an expert in licensing and royalties. She is co-author of the book Music Business Handbook and Career Guide (13th edition), and has contributed to news stories for NPR’s Marketplace, CNN.com, The New York Times, Billboard and other outlets.
Elton has served as a president of the Music and Entertainment Industry Educators Association (MEIEA), as a trustee of the Copyright Society of the U.S.A., as the chair of the Florida Bar Entertainment, Arts, and Sports Law Section, and on the Recording Academy, Florida Chapter, Board of Governors. She is also an alumnus of the Nashville-based Leadership Music program, and a licensed attorney in New York and Florida.

Marketing & Communications director Hailing from Mayagüez, Puerto Rico and based in Miami, she’ll lead “The Power of Brand Storytelling in the Latin Music Industry” panel.
With more than a decade of experience in music marketing, Stephanie prides herself on telling authentic stories that successfully connect global audiences. She is the current Director of Marketing and Communications at the Frost School of Music in Miami, one of the top music schools in the United States.
Stephanie remains active in the Latin music industry as a Marketing Strategy Consultant and works with top talent roster under indie label, Dynamic Records, including Jay Wheeler and Conep. Previously, she was the Marketing Manager at RichMusic, one of the top independent record labels in the Latin music industry, crafting innovative marketing strategies for Sech, Dalex, and Dímelo Flow, among others.
In 2022, Telemundo recognized Stephanie as an "Unstoppable Woman" for her community-focused activities, including "The WomenUP Project," a movement advocating for the equity and safety of women in music and entertainment. Since 2024, Stephanie has served as Vice Chair of Communications for Miami's Women in Music Chapter.
As a first-gen student, Stephanie deeply values education. She earned a master's degree in Global Entertainment and Music Business with a concentration in Live Entertainment from Berklee College of Music. She makes time to mentor the next generation of students through the GRAMMY U program.

Sarah Martinico started her professional career in LA at BMG supporting over 2 million songs in catalogue marketing, publishing and partnerships for clients such as Quincy Jones, Johnny Cash, Def Leppard, Aerosmith, Strictly Rhythm, Trojan Records, Primary Wave and many more. During her time at BMG, she founded and created the first-ever royalty- bearing stems for sale from a major publisher's catalogue via Avid Pro Tools which was featured in Billboard, DJ Magazine, Avid Blogs, etc.
She went on to work for Native Instruments' Sounds team where she worked directly with A-list clients such as RedWine (Gaga, Chris Brown), Huey Dunbar (DLG), DJ Nelson, Bob Robinson (Tim & Bob), Albert Menendez (Shakira, Nathy Peluso, Black Eyed Peas) and numerous others to develop sound packages for Native's gear and to support worldwide marketing campaigns.
Sarah founded her consulting company in 2020 working with numerous Grammy-winning producers, songwriters and artists from the pop, urban, R&B, electronic and Latin worlds in marketing, branding, partnerships, catalogue management and project management including BIG3 Basketball, Sony Latin (Maluma, Becky G, Rauw Alejandro), Gala Music (Death Row Records, Snoop Dogg, Macy Gray, etc), CeeLo Green, Timbaland, etc.
Currently Sarah is consulting as Marketing Lead for Blockchain company Gala Music leading campaigns with the Head of Music for Death Row, Snoop, BRRAY, Macy Gray and many more. She oversees marketing strategies for artist releases, partnerships, press releases, product releases and socials to drive brand awareness, new user acquisition and sales. She also is a freelancer for Sony Latin Music consulting for brand deals and sponsorships for their Latin roster including Maluma, JLO, Becky G, Rauw Alejandro and many more!

Grecia Lopez is a bilingual host, journalist, and content creator from Los Angeles, who currently resides in Miami. As a first-generation, Mexican-American, she works to elevate the voices of underrepresented voices in media.
Grecia has dedicated her journalistic career to covering Latin Music since the beginning of her career in linear TV at E! News and later joined the team at Entertainment Tonight. At ET she was part of the inaugural team for the Latinx vertical, ET Más, which allowed her to produce and conduct interviews with global superstars like Karol G, J Balvin, Rosalia, Farruko, and more.
She was the first female host of Amazon Music Latin's "Platino Radio en DJ Mode" on the Amazon Music app and has hosted for the Recording Academy, Google, Genius, Sony Music Latin, and many more.

Damian Rios Rivera, mejor conocido como La Pulpa, es una figura icónica en el mundo del género urbano, especialmente dentro de la vieja escuela. Su conocimiento profundo de la historia y evolución del reggaetón le ha permitido establecerse como una voz respetada entre los élites de la música latina. A lo largo de su carrera, La Pulpa ha tenido la oportunidad de entrevistar a leyendas del calibre de Don Omar y Wisin, compartiendo con ellos experiencias que lo han llevado a viajar y vivir de cerca el fenómeno global del reggaetón. JOSHUA RAMÍREZ
Joshua Ramirez was born on August 1st, 1975 in the Bronx, NY, yet he made his mark in Lehigh Valley, PA. In 2016 he decided to move to Orlando, FL, where he currently resides in. He is a world-renowned visual artist, director, and entrepreneur. He has directed over 3000 Music Videos and has worked with some of the Biggest Artist in the Latin Music Genre. Coming from humble beginnings, he worked his way into the industry with his charismatic personality, his determination, and unwillingness to quit. Joshua aka “Jack Nine” has transformed himself from not only a visual artist but executive producer as well with accolades from Billboard Charts to RIAA acknowledgments. He is a 2024 Latin Grammy Nominee & has won Lehigh Valley Latin Business Man of the Year award in 2014 as well as the 2013, 2014, and 2015 Lehigh Valley Music Award for his work in the music business. In 2024 he won a Telly Award for Best Director of a Music Video and also he was nominated for a Lifetime achievement award in Pennsylvania where he spent most of his adult life. He founded Secret Art Studios which is a 2000 plus square foot Creative Facility for Video and Music Production located in Saint Cloud Florida. He believes in the power of artistic freedom as well as creative collaboration and has plans to expand his multiple brands to different aspects beyond music.
LYNETTE CHICO
FRANCISCO CAAMAÑO
Fundador de FCT Law, primera firma especializada en derecho de entretenimiento en la República
Dominicana.
Egresado de la PUCMM como licenciado en derecho, comienza su inclinación a la industria del
entretenimiento formando parte de varias agrupaciones musicales, donde tomó la parte gerencial y explotó
sus conocimientos musicales como bajista de bandas como “Última Bengala” y “Bocatabú”.
Posteriormente, ingresó al CEI-RD como asesor legal de inversionistas, y luego al departamento de políticas
de comercio e inversión, donde tuvo gran influencia en inversiones vinculadas a la industria del
entretenimiento, como PINEWOOD STUDIOS y Cartoon Network.
Formó parte del equipo que redactó la Ley de Cine de la República Dominicana, particularmente en los
artículos relativos a incentivos y el desarrollo de la industria cinematográfica. Realizó estudios de maestría
en Negocios Corporativos en la PUCMM, enfocando sus conocimientos en la industria del entretenimiento.
Su experiencia incluye trabajo como consultor legal para la división de operaciones de Young Money
Records en Miami, y más tarde fue contratado por Altafonte Music Network en España como “Label
Manager Región Caribe” durante dos años. También ha sido abogado consultor independiente para
Symphonic Distribution de Tampa, Florida, y ha brindado asesoría jurídica a artistas destacados como “El
Alfa”, “Chimbala”, “Shelow Shaq”, “Eddy Herrera” y “Hermanos Rosario”.
En el ámbito cinematográfico, ha proporcionado asesoría legal para producciones locales e internacionales,
como “El Teniente Amado” y el reality show de MTV “Are You The One”.
Como Music Supervisor, ha trabajado en obras audiovisuales como la película de Fox Films “Devil’s
Due”, licenciando más de 12 canciones de artistas locales, y en proyectos como el documental musical “Sol
Caribe”, “Catastrophic”, “Miriam Miente”, entre otros.
Francisco ha prestado servicios a Zone 4, participando en la negociación de contratos y licencias para
varios proyectos. Además, ha sido pieza clave en eventos importantes como los Monitor Latino
Awards, Latin Music Hub y la Dominicana Music Week, brindando soporte legal y estratégico.
En el ámbito de la negociación y gestión de contratos, ha trabajado para la AUl Agencia de Booking, donde
facilitó importantes acuerdos para artistas como Lil Pump y otros destacados en la industria.
Actualmente, Francisco es catedrático en materias como Music Business, Legal Aspects of the
Entertainment Industry y Marketing Digital en reconocidas universidades como la PUCMM, ITLA y
UNPHU.

en Negocios Corporativos en la PUCMM, enfocando sus conocimientos en la industria del entretenimiento.
Su experiencia incluye trabajo como consultor legal para la división de operaciones de Young Money
Records en Miami, y más tarde fue contratado por Altafonte Music Network en España como “Label
Manager Región Caribe” durante dos años. También ha sido abogado consultor independiente para
Symphonic Distribution de Tampa, Florida, y ha brindado asesoría jurídica a artistas destacados como “El
Alfa”, “Chimbala”, “Shelow Shaq”, “Eddy Herrera” y “Hermanos Rosario”.
En el ámbito cinematográfico, ha proporcionado asesoría legal para producciones locales e internacionales,
como “El Teniente Amado” y el reality show de MTV “Are You The One”.
Como Music Supervisor, ha trabajado en obras audiovisuales como la película de Fox Films “Devil’s
Due”, licenciando más de 12 canciones de artistas locales, y en proyectos como el documental musical “Sol
Caribe”, “Catastrophic”, “Miriam Miente”, entre otros.
Francisco ha prestado servicios a Zone 4, participando en la negociación de contratos y licencias para
varios proyectos. Además, ha sido pieza clave en eventos importantes como los Monitor Latino
Awards, Latin Music Hub y la Dominicana Music Week, brindando soporte legal y estratégico.
En el ámbito de la negociación y gestión de contratos, ha trabajado para la AUl Agencia de Booking, donde
facilitó importantes acuerdos para artistas como Lil Pump y otros destacados en la industria.
Actualmente, Francisco es catedrático en materias como Music Business, Legal Aspects of the
Entertainment Industry y Marketing Digital en reconocidas universidades como la PUCMM, ITLA y
UNPHU.

"Chacka," nacido Edward Del Rosario el 23 de noviembre, es un destacado artista de
Hip Hop en español, reconocido por su estilo único y versatilidad. Hijo de padres
dominicanos,
Chacka creció en el Bronx, Nueva York, donde comenzó su pasión por la música al ver
a su primo rapear en 1999. Su carrera despegó en 2002 con su primera producción
discográfica,
"Haciendo Historia Vol.1," y continuó con varias más, consolidándose como un
referente en la industria musical, especialmente tras su exitosa gira por México con
Red Bull en 2008.
A pesar de enfrentar un periodo en prisión en 2012, Chacka aprovechó ese tiempo para
mejorar su arte, escribiendo nuevas letras y preparándose para su regreso. En
diciembre de 2015, tras su liberación, lanzó su séptima producción, "Enero 6," en el
nuevo género Trap, que rápidamente alcanzó altas posiciones en las listas de iTunes y
Billboard. En el 2024 Chacka lanzo "El Aperitivo EP" una introducción a su primer
album que sale 2025 titulado "1269 Grand Concourse". En estos días se junto con Alpa
para hacer un mixtape "Los Hermanos Ochoa" que es el proximo proyecto en camino.
Con una base de fans leal, Chacka sigue demostrando que su perseverancia y talento
lo mantienen como "El Comentario del
Barrio" Unos de los mejores raperos en español del mundo.
